At LinenTablecloth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor purchases; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that laundered fabrics or custom-printed products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused linens in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
